2 stage interview process. First interview was related to my previous experience and competency based questions. Second interview included presentation of a campaign plan followed by a couple more competency based questions. Overall, the interview process was pretty straightforward. However, communication following the final interview was nonexistant. I had to follow up after a couple weeks with the recruiter but was never informed that they decided to go with another candidate. Very poor treatment of candidates who have invested time in the interview process, and ultimately says a lot about their culture.
