Applied online and after 3 or 4 days after the deadline I'd been contacted that I was invited to the interview. there were 3 interviewers asked a lot of questions based on behavioural interview questions

Friendly, helpful, encouraging. Lots of good feedback given which was good and helped me with other jobs. Questions asked focused on my skills and what my ambitions were in my career. They seem interested in me as a person

The actual interview is designed to make you relax and the lead interviewer describes how the interview will be conducted band what will happen after the interview including the communication process.
