Interview
It was pretty laid back. They asked how much salary I expected, experience in CAD (you only use LT on the job). I applied on LinkedIn and got a call from the manager about a week later. Start date was about a month after the interview.

The usual questions about my resume. We talked about other random things too. It seemed like they don't care too much about experience since they train. They're looking for smart people that can learn quickly.
