Friendly two round interview process with line manager and HR. First interview is 1hr chatty talk with competency questions weaved in. 2nd includes Thomas International test. Made to feel relaxed and at ease.

Broad questions covering experience in customer service, working in a team, when was a time you had a difficult customer etc, and being able to show you have done some research into the company and what they do.
