I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Bristol Myers Squibb
Interview
The process began with a positive conversation with the recruiter, who felt I was a strong fit for the role and was happy to submit my CV. I then had a 30 minute conversation with the hiring manager, which was professional and gave me a good sense of the role's expectations and the team’s setup.
The final stage was a panel interview with members of the global team. Unfortunately, this part of the process felt disorganised. The senior director was very late joining the call and frequently went off camera, which made it difficult to establish rapport or maintain a consistent flow. It seemed as though there was no clear structure or plan for the interview, which impacted the overall experience.
There was a slightly frosty atmosphere throughout, as I sensed the other panellists were getting frustrated with the senior directors lack of presence/interruption. While disappointing, it helped clarify that the position may not have been the right fit after all.
In hindsight, I am pleased i didn't proceed. A more transparent, respectful and structured interview process would have made a significant difference.

Question 1
Examples of projects - how I led them. Behavioural type questions.
The interview process was short and well done. The two interviews that I had were very standard and the interviewers were kind and asked good questions. However, I got completely ghosted by the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bristol Myers Squibb (Shanghai, Shanghai) in May 2013
Interview
I got a call from the recruiter to verify my schedule and went through my resume. Then 2 days later, i got a call for on-site interview. For the in person interview we talked about my previous internship experience, and the interviewer gave me an excel file ask me to do some tasks.
