mostly phychological questions, lots of questions on situations and learning. They are still learning ht ebiopharmaceutical industry so questions are for them to get more information about how other industires are doing.

situational questions. Quesoins were for them to learn the processes at other companies. The culture is not very good at BMS. There is some hipocracy in the way they work.

The process took 2 months. Clear process and good communication from HR. 3 steps: 1/ screening HR, 2/ hiring manager, 3/ panel. The panel focused more on technical questions rather than STAR/behavioral. After final round, got rejection email after 3 weeks.

6 person interview panel with situational based questions. This was a bit intimidating but the tone of the interview was light. There was a portion of skill based questions and then another portion of situation based questions. As this position has direct reports there were also many questions on management style.
