Just talked to a recruiter. It was pretty routine but I was surprised that the company only started with two weeks of PTO. The benefits overall were lackluster so I didn't continue.

Interview
First interview is a phone call with HR. Second stage is a video call with a manager. The questions at this stage are focused on technical accounting/auditing scenarios. Last interview is a panel interview with behavioral questions.

It is complicated with multiple rounds with different groups. People are very friendly though. I had about 5 rounds of interviews and case studies. I know some other people didn’t do the case study but they got fired after for poor performance.
