was contacted by recruiting after apply online, efficient process, recruiter very attentive and professional HR person also called. rapidly brought in for interview (about 2 days after call). was interviewed in a group setting and had private interview with manager. people very respectful and enthusiastic about BMS most people here new to company.

Question 1
asked me about a time when a project didn't go well and how I handled it, asked me what type of work environment and people I worked best, several questions about data work. they need drug test and background check but I think reasonable given nature of work.
there an be 3 or 4 interview process.
First round: They talk obout your experience. Questions on sql and python. If they are satisfied, they ask question related to pharma. if you are not able to answer it, they will have 2nd round for it and will provide you the topics.
Second Round: They asked about Golden record, Survivorship, HCO and HCP. MDM. these are the topics related to pharma industry.
Round Three: This is more of a managerial round. this is taken by manager (mosty US based person). talk about project, streangth, weakness, etc
Round Four: HR round, discuss salariy and other things
It was lengthy but very good experience throughout the interview process. It was an overall good experience. They responded in a timely manner. People involved in interview process were very friendly.

You would be given a task, and be asked to complete in a week. Task is of medium difficulty.
Only went through one interview, and got offer same day. Also, they reach out to former employees for references.
