About 1-1.5 weeks after submitting the application, I received a request for a preliminary 30-minute call with HR, followed by a call with the hiring manager the next day. About 1-2 weeks later, I gave a 30 minute seminar followed by a panel style interview with several scientific members of the team. All interviews were conducted through Microsoft Teams. The follow-up was very quick at every stage of the process. Everyone was extremely kind, respectful, and professional.

I remember the interview process going very smooth and organized. I was on a panel interview and the process was very straight forward. I was given a schedule and what to expect, which I absolutely appreciated. The team that I got to interview with was awesome. Lastly, I really appreciated that one of the people interviewing me provided me with constructive feedback from my presentation which actually helped me improve my next presentation and landed me a job. Although I didn't get the job with Bristol I very much enjoyed the chance to interview for a position with this company.
