This was a time-consuming interview process. I had a total of 7 interviews! First with HR, then phone interview with hiring manager, then separate video interviews with: two team members, then one team member, then the hiring manager, then a director. Last was a phone interview with another director/VP. The video interviews were on three separate days, so I had to get camera ready three days in a row.
Several red flags emerged throughout the process (in addition to the lengthy and inconvenient interview schedule). I had THREE times where the interview was canceled or rescheduled at the last minute. I didn't feel like my time was valued. I was upfront about my salary requirements and the offer was $20k less than that....It really left me frustrated I had wasted my time with this whole process. They also couldn't give me a clear answer on how many days I would need to work on-site vs from home. That was a significant factor since the office location is difficult to commute to.
