The interviewers are pretty nice and down to earth people. You will have an initial call with the HR then with the hiring manager. Some technical experience questions as well as some expectations from Bringmeister. If everything goes well you will have a 1 hour interview with 2 engineers , going into details about your tech stack and some technical questions will be asked. If you pass this one , you will be presented with a React take home challenge and will have to implement a list fetched from a react hook and render it to the screen. The problem starts here : Do not over think , because if you try to do better than the requirements you will get a rejection from the engineer. Do not try to beautify the layout or add some container what so ever. Do not use the new Intl.NumberFormat to format numbers EVEN IF this is the right way. You would expect at this level of experience some validation from a senior engineer or lead engineer to understand why you have done this way even if it was documented in the Readme.md My suggestion : if you want to work like a robot and try to do stuff with some documentations , you are at the wrong place.
