I had an interview with the recruiter, which was a phone screen. If you pass the phone screen, then you were sent an assessment that you had to complete which consisted of questions about how you would handle things in store from a brilliant earth standpoint. Lastly, you then had an interview with the store manager, and the area manager, which consisted of basic questions. To me the Store Manager was looking for someone to do the parts of the job she didn’t want or like to do and it was very evident because the questions were very centered on those specific things.
