- Quick (<30 mins), nice interviewer, asked about previous work experiences / how would you handle certain situations / scheduling availablity, explained the main duties of the job, good follow-up after the interview

Have you had a difficult customer service interaction in the past, and how did you handle it?
It was a group interview with two other people being interviewed and two current employees conducting interviews. They asked one question at a time and everyone would answer before moving on to the next.
