Brightstone Transitions interview questions

I was informed about the history of the company and their work environment. It sounded great but important information wasn't informed to me and I didn't think to even ask. For example the fact that "staying overnight" meant 3-4 days a week. I was not informed about bringing my own toiletries. From the outside looking in, I believed it to be more of a company that took mentally disabled individuals on hikes and taking them outdoors. The interviewee did say that mentors would take clients out on hikes and such. However, this rarely occurred. Afterward, I was immediately called to start a few days later.
