Amateur and biased hiring team seemingly looking for a specific demographic. My work background was an exact parallel to the position requirements but was declined a day later. Fortunately, I wouldn't want to work for a company that screens candidates this way.

Had 5 video interviews with the hiring manager, leads from other departments, and an executive over 5-6 weeks. All interviews seemed positive and the company is growing quickly. Only reason I'm listing as a negative experience is the company did not respond to follow up or provide notice of no offer. Fairly unprofessional after 5 interviews in my opinion.
