Brightedge Technologies Software Engineer interview questions

I went to the onsite interview in June 2017. It was normal during that day just like other onsite interviews. I asked them when I can get the feedback and they told me the team was quiet busy and will try to give me the feedback when they have time. But actually I know they were still actively interviewing other people. I was rejected and they told me the reason is that I did not do something in the coding assignment. The truth is that during the onsite interview I asked them whether I should do that trick in the assignment. They said no. I guess they did not remember what they said. They just randomly pick one reason to reject people. Note during that call, for the coding assignment, they told me they did not even look at the output of candidate's program. They don't have a tool to test if the output is correct. They also have their work for the assignment, during my test, my result was very similar to their results. I used just 4 hours.

Very tedious process. One 48 hr assignment on Word Density analysis. Next a telephonic roind of basic technical questions. Next comes onsite. 4 rounds of technical and behavioural and one 6 hr assignment on intelligent web crawling using machine learning classifiers.
