Interview
Phone interview with recruiter. A week later there was a phone interview with the person in current position, and the supervisor of the position.
The interview was fine but there were a couple red flags. The person currently in the position was leaving to completely get out of the industry. I have a feeling this was tied to extremely high expectations of the supervisor (that started less than a year prior).
I was also disappointing that I never received an email or notification after the interview that I got or didn't get the role. Since my last phone interview I never heard anything from the company, which is kind of bizarre in my opinion.

Interview
I got contacted by internal recruiter. Phone screened then was invited to office for 3 face to face interviews. Received and accepted offer. ONe of the interview s was basically a repeat of another one. It seemed like those two interviewers did not talk with each other after the first one talked with me.
