The process began with an online writing test that took about an hour. This was followed by a telephone review of the test the next day. All went well, and I was invited to office for three-hour fit interviews, including discussions with CEO, individuals in similar positions and other departments. Things seemed to go quite well at all stages, so I was shocked that the company completely ghosted me afterward, failing to send even a courtesy rejection email, let alone respond to thank you notes or an inquiry email. Although this is not unusual when applying for jobs, it's never happened to me so far along in the process. It's also a surprising wrong note for a company that made a point in interviews of how important it believed a strong, supportive corporate culture was.
