BrightPath Behavior RBT/ABA Therapist interview questions

I was not asked the standard questions: "What are your strengths/weaknesses?", "Tell me about yourself?' or "Have you worked with children before?" I was asked: "What is the lowest pay rate you will accept?" and "Do you have experience changing diapers?" Previously I was excited about the job opportunity until halfway through the phone call. It felt more like a child care position rather than performing therapy.
