Other questions based specifically on the position you were applying for. I interviewed for a teaching position with Bright Horizons Family Solutions in 1998, so the interview process has probably changed over the years. I thought it was great actually being asked interview questions that related to my Bachelors degree!

Standard questions about experience and childcare philosophy. One interview with director and assistant director, questions in office and then a 30 minute working interview took place in the classroom. It was about a week before the offer was made.

Fairly simple, they have a list of questions that must be answered as it’s a corporate childcare setting. Basic preschool teacher questions. Things like how to handle biting, classroom management, customer service, etc.
