I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2013
Interview
First there was an online application process. A month later I got a call for a phone interview by a recruiter, then was called to a center for an in person interview. The interview was pretty easy and laid back. Make sure you read up on Bright horizons's policies and philosophies about childcare to really nail the interview.
