I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions (New York, NY) in Sept 2013
Interview
First there was a telephone interview that lasted between thirty minutes to an hour. Next if you passed this screening interview you were contacted by a local center. The director called me and scheduled the interview. There was an administration team of three that were in and out of the room for my interview and it was very chaotic. A few days later and offer was made and I accepted. The next steps of training and on boarding were also very chaotic.

Interview
Interview process is very organized, efficient and easy. They ask for examples and scenarios so be ready to provide these. They discuss day to day and go over your skills
Standard questions about experience and childcare philosophy. One interview with director and assistant director, questions in office and then a 30 minute working interview took place in the classroom. It was about a week before the offer was made.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions
Interview
Fairly simple, they have a list of questions that must be answered as it’s a corporate childcare setting. Basic preschool teacher questions. Things like how to handle biting, classroom management, customer service, etc.
