I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions
Interview
It was quite long, with a lot of references required. The people who I was interviewed by were very nice. The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and was with the director, and education coordinator. I was asked to spend 30-45 minutes in a classroom to see how I fit into their environment. It was a great interview, and I had a good time.

It was an hour long, which included a tour of the place. The interview was with two people, the director and assistant director. They asked questions about experience and how you would navigate certain situations in the classroom.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions in Jun 2024
Interview
They asked many early childhood education related questions and were very friendly. However, I wish that they would’ve just declined giving me an in-person interview and told me that I didn’t pass the interview instead of asking for my schedule, saying their schedule was full and that they’d call me back after checking in with the facility on what day would be best to get me in for an in-person interview, and then never calling me back. Feels very unprofessional.
