I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions (San Antonio, TX) in Dec 2015
Interview
It's a lot of scenario questions so just be open and honest about your answers and the questions mostly pertain to what if curriculum questions. The hardest part is keeping the conversation going because the people I interviewed with didn't contribute a lot to the interview so I did a large majority of the talking it at times felt like a grill session about myself.

Applied on a monday and had an interview that next day. Did a phone screening then went to an in person interview. They were very kind and understanding during the interview.

Question 1
Why are you interested in work at Bright Horizons?
A little dragged out takes a while to get you started and I’m training but that’s more of hrs problem. Other than that it’s definitely worth it! You have a phone interview then in person interview then you have to submit 3 references. After that it’s really a waiting game then once you hear back you get your start and then you’re on to success!
