Short and the immediatly send you to a drug screen if you accept the offer. Weld test and questions, meet with a couple of people overall pretty basic. Don't need to bring your own equipment

I applied one morning and a couple hours later - HR was contacting my references. They called me to set up an interview right after that. I interviewed a couple of days later and was offered the position less than 24 hours after that. I really appreciated the efficiency with which I was interviewed and then offered the job.

Speaking with the owner and seeing if he believes you would be a good fit. Must have understanding of the business. Examples are a great help. Set up interview, go to interview, wait for a week or 2 then contact from the company.
