Interview process is very easy, I referred by one of my friend who is working in Bridgetown. Firstly they will interview by telephonic and ask about our technologies then they will approach with skype.

I had to request to talk to a manager to be interviewed and asked questions since the recruiter wanted me to get there as fast as possible without asking anything regarding my background

It was pretty straight forward, The questions were easy and related to my experience, they made a quick offer. All they needed was about my practical exp, the interview was more of practical point of questions rather than being question and answer based.
