      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bridgestone Americas in Apr 2017

      Interview

Company seems to want cheapest labor possible over skills. Interviewed with 3 managers and all said they're losing people to competitors. Company does not seem to have clear direction where they are headed in the future.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Do you have a problem with working more than 40 hours?

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bridgestone Americas (Pittsburgh, PA) in Feb 2023

      Interview

It was over the phone to start-- I spoke with a hiring manager and was asked questions about my automotive tech experience. The position was entry-level with training included. I have extensive experience working on and fixing my own cars which she was willing to speak to management about so I might start at a higher pay rate.
