The position they were looking to fill was more of a senior level position. They seemed to have wanted to hire someone who had experience working on all pieces of equipment.
The first step is passing the mental aptitude test and then they will schedule you for an interview. It’s a panel interview that usually ask you questions about passing scenarios.

Video call followed up with a psychometric test and in-person meeting. The psychometric test and in-person meeting were very casual compared to the video call which was much more challenging.
