Brief, friendly and conversational. The initial interview was interaction with the director of recruiting via phone/email. The follow up was an in person meeting with the team leader and it's senior network engineer. Since I had a relationship with the leadership the interview was limited to a review of what the job entails and a deeper discussion on what skills I had and how they might be of use as a Systems Analyst with the company.
