The initial call with hiring manager, then I had 8 panel style interviews that were 30 minutes each with employees from different departments. The company makes more quickly than most, and HR and the hiring manager kept in touch throughout the process. Many questions revolving around personality, team work, managing style - it’s clear this company places a strong emphasis on team players and are careful to preserve their culture of work “family”. Having come from a toxic company it’s refreshing to see a company place equal emphasis on experience as well as personality.
