It was an amazing experience. Smooth I would say and very generic questions are being asked. Very friendly vibes of the office and very friendly staff. It was a great day.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Brickstone (Boise, ID) in Aug 2014
Interview
Illegal questions were asked of me during this mediocre interview. I applied for the job, and during the interview found out it was mostly a sales job (not really marketing). That was fine, companies often disguise sales jobs. The illegal aspect came about when the interviewer asked me "if my husband was supportive of me having a career" because "she has often seen that husbands don't like their wives to work so many hours, it gets in the way of family, etc". I was offered another interview, but obviously didn't accept.

Question 1
"Is your husband supportive of you having a career".
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Brickstone (Boise, ID) in Mar 2015
Interview
Very informal, off-putting waiting room with inappropriate music and heavy foot traffic. I stated very clearly, and in person that I wasn't available for a few more weeks. I asked IN the interview if that would jeopardize me being chosen, and they said no. When they called me that afternoon to let me know if I had made it to the next round, they said unfortunately not because of my timeline. I felt that was a waste of my time and could have been addressed very early on.
