Great, welcoming. Inclusive. 3 part sessions. Very much incorporated the whole college group and departments. Other faculty involved in the process which is a great first impression. Really sets a tone for the family that BCU represents. Small university but very dedicated to helping students learn and grow.

It is usually a two-step process. First, there is the typical interview where they explain the tasks of the job a little further and then ask you questions about your experience as it pertains to the position. Pay attention to how they explain the position. This will often give you clues as to what they are looking for. The second step may be either a second interview or a presentation. They have done the presentation less and less the past year so that may have gone away. The presentation was intention to be about the school as a way of showcasing how well you can talk to a group of people.
