Brewers Decorator Centre interview questions

2 stage interview process. First phone call they only really vaguely asked if you know anything about the company and any experience. Its more a convo for them to get to know you. Second is proper interview, just your typical tell me about yourself, what experience do you have, what would you do, tell me a time questions. I felt well prepared the team was really sweet and nice, loved meeting them. Unfortunately didn't get the job as they ended up deciding minimum age would be 18.
