The interview was fairly straight forward, not hard at all. The lady that did my first interview asked basic interview questions, and the man that did my second interview asked me questions that relevant to past work experience and where I saw myself in 10 years.

Interview
I got a phone interview from HR, with some general questions and some tech questions on my resume. 3 weeks later I was asked to have a visit to their Rolla site. The whole day onsite interview was pretty good. The HR assistant drove me to go around the small city, then I gave a tech presentation. After that I met about 6 peoples, hiring manager, co-worker, director.
