Started off with a quick recruiter screen, then a hiring manager conversation, followed by an interview with the CTO. After I think there's a panel presentation but I didn't make it that far in the process.

Walk through past experiences
25 year old kid who is Chief of Staff interviewed me for a head of people role. Asked me one question and there was no follow up convo. Only phone screen, didn’t follow up.
30 min recruiter call, 2 follow up interviews both 30 minutes, 1 panel on site. Recruiter needed follow up because no call was received which was weird. Great recruiter though!
