      I applied online. I interviewed at Breg in Sept 2025

      Interview

      Was sent critical thinking and personality assessments followed by an on cam interview with HR. Then an on-cam interview with the hiring manager. An hour before the final on-cam panel interview I was sent 6 questions wanting deep explanations of how my experience aligned with the role that I then had to present. They made me actually read aloud the questions and my answers like I was in grade school. HR went on PTO for a week after and finally responded saying they were going with an internal candidate.
