When I applied, the store was just in it's early stages so the interviews aren't done how they are now. How they are now is you will speak to both the head manager and the business partner. It is a very relaxed conversation compared to an actual interview. The decision making for the actual hiring takes time since the owner of the business is the last say and he is very busy running several businesses, but after the initial interview the owner will call or arrange a face to face interview with the person applying.
