I submitted resume through NPO.net and received a phone call. I had phone interview. Then there was a 3 hour gauntlet of interviews. Applicants had to prepare 15-20 minute presentation to staff and then there were two interview session with 2-3 staff people interviewing each client. I was sent home and the next week I received a call for final interview with executive director. After the final interview I received a phone call offering the job a couple days later.
