Sit down and have a conversation, the process was very natural and not nerve inducing at all, be sure to do research on the company before hand and ask questions about current projects

2 interviews: 1 on Interview Day on campus, and a final interview in the Birmingham office. The first interview was 30 minutes with a project engineer and the recruiter. The final interview consisted of 2 one-on-one interviews, 30 minutes each. The questions were difficult, but if you prepare properly then it’s not too bad. They gave me an offer 2 business days later.
