Interview
1st it was a Phone interview. then i was called for a Follow up in person interview. we went to lunch. I was introduced to the employees in the creative department, and had a tour of the building. Two days later i was given a test assignment and was payed a freelance rate to complete the assignment. two days after that i was offered the job.
