Had my travel all the way to their office, which is almost 2 hrs from town, made me do a "technical" test which had nothing to do with ux, and was a brainstorm of how to grow their business. Woman that interviewed me made me wait almost 30 mins standing in a lift lobby because she was late, and didn't pick up my calls
Didn't even have the decency to contact me after the interview to inform me I didn't get the job
