      Media Analyst Interview

      8 Oct 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brand Networks in May 2014

      Interview

The overall interview process is very simple and straightforward. I applied online and the first interview was conducted over the phone with a Human Resources representative. The questions were mostly behavioral. No curve balls. The second interview was also conducted over the phone, but this time with the Vice President of Media Services. Very similar questions as the first round. The questions were mostly to see if you are a good fit for the company culture and if you are willing to learn and adapt.

      Interview

HR first round and followed by an interview with the team. It's pretty chill and the team overall is very nice. I think the biggest part is you having to follow up with HR

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Brand Networks

      Interview

The company is dreadful, they are a start up and they do not know what they are doing. You can be interviewed again even weeks after you have started the job and they hire and fire 'at will' with no notice period. The interviewing director mentioned they had already handed in their resignation and were leaving the company during the interview. When I met the team member of which the was only 1 remaining employee who wasn't resigning (yet), they also told me that many people had quit over the past few months.

      Question 1

They ask random questions which demonstrate their inexperience.
