fairly easy interview. 1 group interview of 5-7 other people. The two managers went over the day to day and how to approach people to make a sale and reach our quota. Explained the three stages of pay based on our photo count. IN SF the rate was: 0-350=11.47, 351-400=12.00, 401-450+=12.25, while in Oakland the rate was: 0-250=11.47, 251-349=12.00, 350+=12.25 (This is a rough estimate, the numbers may have changed)

simple group interview, we just did group exercises and were explained more about the job, but we were sort of mislead because it sounded better than it actually was to work there. The interview was in the little Giant's baseball field which I thought was weird, but I went with it. I had never been to a job interview that was out doors.
