Overall, the interview process went smoothly. The recruiting team was extremely efficient and responsive. Email communication was consistent and informative. Hiring team/manager genuinely cared about finding the right fit and ensuring candidate was set up for success. The interview process was thorough but reasonable. Decided to go a different direction but would've happily joined the team.
