The interview process started with an initial screening interview with someone from HR. We did a brief review of my resume and any other areas of experience I wanted to highlight. They outlined the company history, their role and how they came to the company and supplied materials to read to prep for the next interview. The second interview was with the manager of the department I would work closest with. We went through a more detailed review of my resume and experience. The third interview was with the product manager for claims. It was more of the same regarding my resume but we did discuss company culture a bit more as well as the roots. The fourth and final interview was with the claims manager and was more of a conversation than questions.
