I applied online. I interviewed at Brain Station-23 (Dhaka) in Feb 2023
Interview
The whole process had four steps, initial screening, walk in written test, HR interview, and technical interview. Initial screening test was fully mcq, the written test was based on problem solving mainly, the HR interview was like a typical one, and the technical interview was an online interview where recruiters tested the candidates face to face. Overall it seemed like a solid procedure to filter out deserving candidates.
Onsite coding and MCQ test on their platform. Basic problem solving and some DSA based. Then a technical interview taken by a senior software engineer. Good experience and the people were nice.
