Applied online, phone interview by HR, then by department manager. The procedure is very professional, formal, and straight to the point. As much as for R&D, it is always a taboo to talk about what I do in details for my current employee since I have NDA in concern. I understand the need to understand my technical capability, but it would be more effective if they have a designed system to test me instead of asking me about what I'm currently doing.
