I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brady (Tulsa, OK) in Jan 2019
Interview
I recently went through 3 rounds of phone interviews/ screenings with Brady for the Territory Manager Position in Oklahoma and Arkansas. The first phone interview was with a 3rd party recruiter. The second interview was with the Regional Manager (hiring manager) for the territory, and the third interview was with a different Regional Manager from a separate territory. The first 2 rounds of interviews went well for me as they asked about my background to see if I was a fit for the position. The third interview did not go as well. I really did not answer the questions asked to the best of my ability due to some distractions from my current job that happened prior to the call. Overall the experience was great and everyone was very gracious and passionate about Brady and their experiences with the company. Brady seems like it would be a fantastic company to work for. I understand that their is always that chance that somebody else did much better in their interview than I did. This experience made me realize that I need to make sure that my mind is completely clear when going into an interview. I need to sell myself much better than I did in the third interview. You live and you learn. I wish nothing but the best for the people I interviewed with and take none of this experience personal.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brady (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2025
Interview
Recruiter was extremely unethical. He lied to me about the process. After round one, he asked me to follow up to get info to schedule round 2 and then sent me a generic turn down. Completely wasted my time.

Interview
Longer hiring process but the company obviously cares about finding the right fit for the position. The communication was great and was one of the better interview processes that I have had. Overall, everyone was a pleasure to work with and I knew exactly what the position entailed.
