I was recruited by someone in the district I worked in. Went through 4 different interviews, each person higher up in the company than the last. 2 interviews were in person, 2 were over the phone. Lots of contact with the DM throughout.

How do you motivate your team? Boost morale? Coaching techniques? Knowledge of LP, operations, HR, banking,leadership development, etc.?
Interviewed with a training store manager first, then my eventual district manager, then one of the regional managers. It was a long process and took about 3 months from the first interview to the job offer.
