You might not believe it, but there are 6 interview stages. Three are online coding sessions on HackerRank, and the other three focus on cultural fit and problem-solving questions. The interviewers weren’t friendly at all, they didn’t even return my greeting. There’s not enough time to complete the tests, and the interviewers seemed to be just waiting for the interview to end so they could hang up. There’s no organization in the process either. For instance, in one interview, I was supposed to answer JavaScript questions, but they asked me to work on React instead. And in the end, after all those hours spent, they send a standard rejection message. Even though I asked for feedback, they didn’t bother to send any follow-up email. Overall, it was a really bad experience, and I honestly wasted my time with this company. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

It was one of the worst interview processes in my career. I applied via the Box website and had a call with a recruiter (tell me about yourself, etc.). After that, I had two technical interviews. The first was about data structures, and the second focused more on UI. During the second interview, I had two engineers who didn’t listen to me, were doing their own stuff, and didn’t follow me while I was coding. All coding was done using the HackerRank platform during that interview. I faced challenges that impacted my performance. Both interviewers were unable to assist in resolving the issue promptly, resulting in wasted time. I was rejected and wrote about the technical issues to the recruiter, but she didn’t respond.
